Once a contract is signed, the budget is given to the project manager, supervisor, who then divides it month by month in order to make a cash-flow projection which is entered into KCC’s overall cash-flow plans to make sure we are aware of potential cash shortages before they become a problem.  In the case of this site assessment and analysis project, we will make an 3-month cash-flow forecast (2 months estimated completion time plus 1 months to consider possible delays in payment or force majeure project delays).

At this point we also make a decision whether to self-finance the project or to sign agreements with our financial supporters to ensure that finance will not affect the speed of our work.
